The Always Climbing Project is a non-profit organization created by FHS alumni (Class of 2015), designed to offer support and assistance toward developing our future leaders. We are looking for your feedback on your students!

We are now accepting applicants for our upcoming Future Climbers Program; a leadership development program for Sophomores, Juniors, & Seniors to interact with the community in a unique way. Many staff may know of the highly missed Falcon Friends class from years back, we are looking to bring that back with a wide range of additions.

We are looking for 25 Firestone students who are passionate about creating a change in their school and community. With that said, we need your help! Once we get applicants, we

will be reaching out to a few of their teachers

Please be transparent and honest about their performance, your belief on their potential to grow, and behavior! Good or bad, we would

love to hear your feedback on each applicant.

The goal is to create a diverse group of students, by mixing students who are very independent, mature & respectful with some who are still developing those traits. We hope to make a special environment for growth, connection, and creativity to help teach these scholars the importance of their leadership and influence in the FHS community and beyond. With your feedback from the recommendation forms, we will better understand which students need our program most, so we can create the best program for our youth.

Last year we granted two scholars with a $1,000 stipend to spend how they wish. We are still offering those stipends for students, but look forward to this amazing addition of our services.
