Firestone’s school-wide spring art exhibition returns with an opening reception for the artists on Saturday, May 13th from 1:00-4:00pm.

This show will feature the senior portfolios of The Akron School for the Arts (ASA) senior class, an ASA fundraising booth, and handmade goods by young student entrepreneurs.

In addition to the art show there will also be a runway show of the Fashion Pathway students at 2:00.

We are also pleased to announce that for the second year there will be the works from the Architecture and Visual Art and Design Pathways of the Kent State University of Design Academy!

This event is free and open to all.

Light refreshments will be provided.

The Art Extravaganza will run through Friday, May 19th.

Firestone Community Learning Center is located at 470 Castle Blvd.
