Directions for student online application.

1. Complete the Student/Parent information portion immediately, including the writing sample. 

2. Email the teacher recommendation forms to the selected teachers to complete. They will forward the forms to the IB office at Firestone.  You can copy and past this sample email letter.

Dear Teacher’s Name,

I am applying for the IB program at Firestone CLC.  Please complete this recommendation form for me.  It is due no later than November 20, 2020.  I appreciate your time to help me in this process.

3. Email your application form to your counselor and he/she will complete the form, attach the necessary documents, and forward your application and documents to the IB office at Firestone. Please be aware of deadline dates indicated on the forms.

I am applying for the IB program at Firestone CLC.  Please complete this recommendation form for me.  It is due no later than November 20, 2020.  I appreciate your time to help me in this process.
