Theater News: Black Card Project Opens at FHS
Posted on 08/30/2018

The Black Card Project, created by Inlet Dance Theatre's Dominic Moore-Dunson in collaboration with Kevin Parker, is an evening length dance theatre production examining the narrow definition of the black identity. Described as a mixture of "an old school Saturday Morning cartoon, a 90's black sitcom, and a vaudeville show" the family-friendly show aims to open dialogue about the black experience as it eventually relates to economic development in the community.

The WORLD PREMIERE will be September 15 at 7:30pm at Firestone Community Learning Center in Akron, OH. Tickets are FREE - but you still need to reserve your tickets.
