The mission of our flagship community outreach event, STEM Career Day, is to inform and encourage young people in the formative years (grades 6 through 12) to pursue opportunities, both educationally and professionally, that exist in various science, technology, engineering and mathematics disciplines.
STEM Career Day provides students with an opportunity to network with and learn directly from Goodyear associates. Students are encouraged to have a dialogue with our associates; ask them what it's like to be an engineer or scientist, where they went to college, lessons learned, and any other questions they may have. Our associates are eager to answer your students questions.
